What is a page? One processed PDF page. A 3-page statement uses 3 pages, whether it has 5 transactions or 500.
What counts and what does not. Successfully processed pages count. Uploads that fail for technical reasons do not, and are refunded. Unsupported files never cost anything.
Expiry. Pages bought today are valid for 90 days. We show the expiry date in your account; no renewal happens automatically for the pack.
Failed processing. If processing fails after payment (a technical error on our side), the pages are refunded automatically. If the file is unsupported, you are not charged at all.
No auto-overage. When your pages run out mid-file, downloading stops until you buy more — nothing is charged automatically.
